How to set up a payment plan

If you can't pay your full balance at once, a payment plan lets you pay in smaller, regular amounts over time.

How it works

1. Log into your account portal using your access code 2. Choose "Set up a payment plan" 3. Tell us what you can afford — weekly, fortnightly, or monthly 4. We'll confirm the plan and send you a payment schedule

What happens next

Once your plan is agreed, we'll set up the payments and pause any collection activity. As long as payments are made on time, we won't take any further action.

What if I miss a payment?

If you miss a payment, please let us know as soon as possible. We'd rather agree a revised plan than take further action. If you miss payments without contact, we may need to review the arrangement.

What if my circumstances change?

You can request to change your plan at any time through the portal or by contacting us. We'll always try to accommodate changes, especially if your financial situation has changed.

Affordability

We want your plan to be genuinely affordable. If you're not sure what you can afford, a free debt adviser at StepChange (0800 138 1111) can help you work out your income and outgoings before you agree a plan.
