How to make a payment
You can pay your outstanding balance quickly and securely through our online portal.
Step 1: Log in
Go to your account portal and log in using your access code (this will have been included in our letter or email to you). You'll then receive a one-time code to your registered phone or email to verify it's you.
Step 2: Pay
Once logged in, select "Pay now". You'll be taken to our secure payment page, powered by Stripe. We accept all major debit and credit cards.
Step 3: Confirmation
Once your payment is processed, you'll receive a confirmation. Your account will be updated automatically.
Payment security
All payments are handled securely by Stripe, a leading payment processor used by millions of businesses worldwide. We never see or store your card details.
Problems paying?
If you're having trouble with the payment page, try a different browser or device. If the problem continues, contact us and we can try an alternative.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
At present, our secure online payment is the primary payment method. If you have difficulty using it, please contact us and we'll discuss alternatives.
