I can't pay right now

We understand that financial difficulties can affect anyone. If you're unable to pay right now, please let us know — there are things we can do to help.

Tell us you're struggling

The most important thing is to get in touch. You can do this through your account portal or by contacting us directly. When you let us know you're experiencing difficulty, we will:

  • Pause collection activity on your account
  • Stop adding fees or interest (where applicable)
  • Work with you to find an affordable solution
  • Payment plans

    If you can pay something — even a small amount — we can set up a payment plan that fits your budget. You tell us what you can afford, and we'll agree a schedule around that.

    Breathing Space

    If you're working with a professional debt adviser, you may qualify for a Breathing Space (Debt Respite Scheme) moratorium. This gives you 60 days free from collection activity and most enforcement action while you get your finances in order. Your debt adviser can apply for this on your behalf.
